I am Senior Strategy Delivery Manager with more than 20 years' expertise in successfully delivering technology led business transformations and enterprise architecture, using multiple flavours of Agile viz. Scrum, SOS, Lean, XP, Kanban and SAFe.

My Enterprise architecture expertise covers all four architecture domains (BDAT): Business, Data, Application, and Technology and currently I am a part of SCE Strategic Delivery Group within Department of Work and Pensions(DWP).

I have expertise in Product, Programme, Portfolio Delivery /Technical /Enterprise-Solution Architecture, DevOps/Agile Coaching skills, gained by working with world renowned organisations viz. Mastercard, UBS, Citibank, Aviva, managing multi-million-pound Programmes/Product Portfolios.

I led multi-department team from DWP, HMRC, DCMS, Home Office to Civil Service Data Challenge Finals.

Idea was, sharing of benefits claim data between DWP, HMRC breaking existing silos that would prevent benefit fraud, saving millions of pounds of public money.

Alex Chisholm, Chief Operating Officer of British Civil service and one of the judges has given directions to fast forward work on this idea.

I was selected for Innovation Masterclass by 10 Downing Street Data Science Team and Civil Service Modernisation and Reform and am passionate about contributing to building skilled, innovative, and ambitious modern Civil Service.
