Head of Data Strategy and Data Improvement
Danielle Hudson is the Head of Data Strategy and Data Improvement at the Ministry of Justice. She is running a programme of data improvement and transformation to drive innovation and improve outcomes for the Ministry’s service users and citizens. The programme itself is in its first year but it builds on strong analytical, data science and digital foundations. A particular early focus is to drive a systematic approach to delivering data benefits from executive level through to the front line, standing up a data governance and management operating model alongside scaling data driven decision making where data is already linked, available and accessible.
