Pritesh Patel has been at Databricks since Jan 2021 creating the Public Sector industry team in
UK&I & EMEA. Pritesh has 15+ years of working within the IT industry with the majority focused
on Public Sector technology transformation projects. Pritesh helped pioneer the adoption of
Public Cloud technologies over the last 9 years, having led the deployment of the first cloud
environments in a variety of departments from Central, Revenue Collection, Regulator and
Local Government agencies. Most recently he’s moved to focus on the strategic opportunity of
realising the value that modern data practice offers through data engineering, machine learning
& AI within Databricks’ Lakehouse… the fastest growing Data & AI platform on the planet.
