Renata Oszast is Director General at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF). With her experience, she supports the UKNF in building an effective organisation, particularly shaping an organisational culture focused on the rapid development of data analytics and application of state-of-the-art technological solutions.

Over the previous three years, Renata Oszast served as Director General at the Ministry of Finance, where she initiated and supervised the transformation of the Ministry towards automation and creation of an involvement-oriented workplace using innovative pro-worker solutions.

For 15 years, she has been professionally involved with the financial sector. Renata Oszast has held managerial positions at both commercial entities, including banks, and in public administration bodies. She has gained extensive experience in the area of HR support and HR development, the shaping of corporate culture, and the management of organisation integration projects.

Renata Oszast graduated from the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Wroclaw and from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. She also completed postgraduate MBA studies.

Since 2019, Renata Oszast has chaired the Financial Education Council, which aims to provide the society with financial education under the Financial Education Fund.
